BiLuoChun Green Tea ( 碧螺春)

Early spring pick, one of the most famous green tea of China, from the historical renowned top tea region. Lovely curled leaves with rich fluff, beautiful fresh green, corn fragrant, nice refreshing palate, light bitter on tongue but saliva generating. Brewing tip: About 3 grams of tea for a glass (or pot, etc.) of about 200 ml, use water 85-90C, brew for about 2 minutes, shorter or a bit longer depends on your preference, the second and third brew will be the best.
